December 2009 Saturday, December 5  7 pm to 8:30 pm

13th Annual Live Nativity--In our Belgian cathedral barn
Rejoice in the simplicity. Join the animal residents in welcoming Mary and Joseph. DRESS WARMLY; BRING BELLS TO RING. A freewill offering will be dedicated to Caring for Earth and Animals. Afterwards come to the Farmhouse to enjoy hot cider and home-baked holiday goodies.

Winter Solstice & Bon Fire

Wear your Favorite Hat (not required!) Bring a friend and an ethnic dish to share from your family heritage. Call before January 13 to say you're coming.  Freewill Offering

Ground Hog "Spa" Retreat
Snuggle up in a down quilt--around a crackling fire and steaming kettle. See your giftedness in the rays of sun and your fire in shadows of snow.

We all experience times of feeling dry, barren, unsettled, or isolated. Together we will discover what the desert times in our life may be and how we can discover Light amid times of darkness.   Facilitator: Brenda Korinek.

Discover the benefits of a silent retreat. Tread softly. No words, just the natural setting of the country in its simplicity. Enjoy our 100 year old working farm and experience it’s teachings about inner life. If you wish, gather around the banquet table to share your insights.

Creating in the Country                                           
Once again award-winning artist Bonnita Budysz will share tips and techniques for painting on location (all mediums welcome) with a morning demonstration. Participants will then have the opportunity to paint together with a personalized critique at the end of the session. This special offering is open to anyone regardless of ability. Bonnita is a member of the American Impressionist Society, Pastel Society of the West Coast, Oil Painters of America, California Art Club and the Portrait Society of America. Call early to reserve your place and to obtain a supply list.
